Meeting & Membership Information

The Meeting content is driven by the needs of the membership. Various topics are suggested by the membership and the Board reviews the topics and determines how to best present that topic. The Board is always looking for your input as to what you would like to get out of YOUR membership so drop us a line and let us know what you'd like to hear about.  

We'd also like to hear from YOU!  Have you been in this business for awhile and have some knowledge to share?  Maybe you've just completed your first fix and flip and you'd like to share you lessons learned.  If you are interested in being a speaker, please contact a Board member.  

The structure of the meeting is as follows:

6:30 - 7:00: Open Networking
7:00 - 7:40  First Speaker Presentation with Q & A
7:40 - 8:10  2nd Speaker or Investor Roundtable
8:10 - 8:45: Open Networking

If you would like to become a member, yearly membership dues are $100.00 for individual or $150.00 for individual plus business partner.  Otherwise, you may attend as a guest for $10.00 each meeting.

Our group also does special educational events each quarter for a reduced rate to members and a fantastic Holiday party!  And oh, yes -- our monthly meetings typically have great hors d'oeuvres served!
